FACULTY, STAFF, AND STUDENTS ONLY. Group study rooms are limited to use by UCO faculty, staff and students.
MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Second floor rooms must have 2 to 4 people per reservation. Third floor rooms must have 2 to 5 people per reservation.
UP TO ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE. Eligible users may reserve a group study room up to one week in advance.
RESERVATION RELEASE. Reservations will be held for 15 minutes, then released for use by other patrons.
TWO HOURS MAXIMUM PER RESERVATION. If there is no reservation for the room after the 2 hours are over, the room may be reserved up to two more hours, for a maximum of 4 hours per day per group.
INDIVIDUALS ALLOWED TO USE WHEN OPEN. Individuals are allowed to use the group study rooms when they are not reserved or in use by a group, on a first come first serve basis. If a group comes who needs a room and you are in that room, you will be asked by library staff to leave.
SUPPLIES AVAILABLE. Markers, erasers, remotes, cables and other supplies are available for use at the First Floor Service Desk.
WATCH YOUR BELONGINGS. Personal belongings are your responsibility and will be removed from the room if left unattended. Personal belongings do not reserve a room.
LIBRARY MATERIALS RESHELVED. Library materials left in group study rooms will be removed and reshelved.
ROOMS ARE NOT SOUNDPROOF. Users should be sensitive to the need for quietness in order not to disturb other library users.
