The Library will be hosting the Mindfulness Movements Series with Ed Cunliff and Chez Redmond on Wednesdays in Library Room 201, at Noon, beginning Oct 4 and ending Oct 25. Mindfulness practices including meditation, tai chi, and qi gong will be demonstrated. If you can't join in person join through Zoom.
