Each year, Chambers Library, in partnership with the College of Liberal Arts, participates in the Passport program by highlighting selected items from the library’s collection that explore the cultural, social, political, religious, and artistic aspects of a featured country.

This year, we are traveling to Morocco!

Join us on September 17 at 2:30 p.m. on the first floor of the library as we reveal new collection items that highlight Morocco and its rich history and culture.

The event will also feature a presentation from Dr. Andrew Magnusson, Associate Professor of Islamic and Middle Eastern History at the University of Central Oklahoma. Dr. Magnusson will provide additional insight into Morocco’s history and cultural significance.
