Mindfulness Movement Series


The Library will be hosting the Mindfulness Movements Series with Ed Cunliff and Chez Redmond on Wednesdays in Library Room 201, at Noon, beginning Sep. 28, through Oct. 26. Mindfulness practices including meditation, tai chi, and qi gong will be demonstrated. If you can't join in person join through Zoom Mindfulness Movement Series Link.
